Price Change - July 2026

When we built Caresquare, we set out to deliver the best software for NDIS plan managers at the best price in the market. That commitment hasn't changed, and it won't.

Today we're announcing a change to our pricing for new customers, effective 1 July 2026.

What's changing

From 1 July 2026, plan managers joining Caresquare will pay $7 ex GST per active participant per month.

Plan managers already using Caresquare, and any plan manager who joins the platform before 1 July 2026, will be grandfathered into our current pricing of $5 ex GST per active participant per month.

Why we're making this change

The plan management sector is entering its most significant period of regulatory change since the inception of the NDIS. The Minister's recent announcements signal a shift toward a 'commissioned panel' model, alongside tighter quality, compliance and integrity expectations across the board.

Meeting that bar — and helping our customers exceed it — requires investment. Investment in the product, in the team behind it, and in the advocacy and policy work that ensures plan managers continue to have a strong voice as the scheme evolves.

The pricing change reflects that investment. Even at $7 ex GST per participant per month, Caresquare remains highly competitive against every other serious option in the market — and we intend to keep widening the gap on capability.

If you're currently under contract elsewhere

We know not every plan manager has the flexibility to switch software providers on our timeline. If you're under contract with your current provider and your go-live with Caresquare would fall after 1 July 2026, please get in touch. We'll do our best to work with you, and in many cases we'll be able to grandfather you into our current pricing.
